UFC 115: LIDDELL vs. FRANKLIN

The "Ice Man" Chuck Liddell is back for more.  After telling UFC fans he was done fighting almost a year ago, he's back in the ring to fight Rich Franklin in UFC 115.  Is he setting himself up for another embarrassing defeat?  Does he have anything left?  I guess we will find out on Saturday for sure.

Liddell and Franklin are both former champions who are clearly not in their primes, but that shouldn't take anything away from this fight.  I'm thinking that Franklin is in better shape for this fight, but that Liddell will come up with a gutsy performance like he has so many times before.  That said, I'm going with Franklin in the end.  He's in better shape and is a good five years younger than Liddell.

Who do you have in this one?

Make sure you tune in on Saturday night.  And if you are a fighter, an aspiring fighter, or want to train like the MMA Pros, make sure you log onto Fightertrainer.com for all of your MMA Training Equipment.  To be the best, you have to train like the best.

Take Down Belt Resistance Training

If you are looking to improve your take down, then you are going to want to hook your resistance cables up to the Take Down Belt. The Take Down Belt is an excellent way to increase your penetration during a take down, and another great way to improve stamina with resistance training.

When you take a shot on your opponent, don't just take it.  COMPLETE IT!  Get in deep, drive all the way through, and they are not going to sprawl out of it.  Now take your resistance training cables (sold separate) and hook them up to your Take Down Belt. You are going to create resistance against your shot. This is going to make you push harder and deeper into your shot. Keep repeating this same shot over and over, and you'll be taking down the best fighters before you know it.

The Take Down Belt is available in two different sizes:  44" and 54".  One Size Fits all up to the sizes listed.

The Take Down Belt is to be used with the Resistance Training Cables available on Fightertrainer.com.  For more information on the Take Down Belt, CLICK HERE.
